7109 Paint Slices: How to Stain with Pasteur Staining Solution
- Cell smears were fixed by soaking in 95% ethanol for 10 minutes.
- Soak the fixed smear in hematoxylin staining solution for 5 minutes, then use water

8. Soak the smear in 95% ethanol 2-3 times, dehydrate with anhydrous ethanol, and add xylene
Tongming, sealed with gum.
9. Microscopic observation.
